Erin O’Toole

Erin O’Toole is an artist working in oils and watercolor. Her paintings and drawings have been shown and published in galleries and books including North Light, Sunset, Tantamount, and Pomegranate. Her interest in plants and wildlife led to illustrating the Sunset Western Garden Book, Roses, Edible Gardens, Theme Gardens, The Bobelaine Audubon Sanctuary’s field guide and Biking and Hiking the American River.

Her book, “Creating Your Own Artist’s Journal”, published by North Light Books, is about journal making, drawing and watercolor painting.  Beginning in your own backyard to sketching on the road, the book has tips on materials, composition and working from memory.
